The Cheese knives by Azmaya are designed by Osamu Saruyama, and crafted by Japanese artisans using traditional techniques and materials. Perfectly balanced in form and weight, each knife comes with a high-quality stainless steel blade, and a riveted brass handle that will darken over time and gain a deep, rich patina.

Comes in two options; semi-hard & hard cheese and soft cheese & butter.
